Trust is part of the product
Momentum data can reveal patterns about work, energy, resilience, and performance. Vocarian treats that information as sensitive and designs MomentumOS around confidentiality, appropriate access, and responsible use.
Purpose limitation
Data should be used to support coaching, development, and authorized organizational insight—not to create hidden judgments about people.
Least-privilege access
Role-aware access separates platform administration, workspace ownership, coaching, and client experiences.
Human-led AI
Copilot outputs are decision support. Coaches and authorized leaders remain responsible for interpretation and action.
Evidence over inference
Insights should be grounded in recorded signals and clearly distinguish observed facts from recommendations.
Security practices
- Secure sessions: session cookies use secure, HTTP-only, and same-site protections.
- Tenant-aware controls: application access is scoped by account, role, and assigned relationships.
- Auditability: security and administrative activity can be reviewed by authorized administrators.
- Data minimization: collect only information needed to deliver the requested MomentumOS function.
- Service continuity: operational safeguards, backups, and recovery practices are reviewed as the platform evolves.
Responsible AI commitments
Vocarian AI is built to assist—not diagnose, discipline, or make high-impact decisions by itself. AI-generated guidance may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed in context. Customers should not enter information they are not authorized to process.
Customers evaluating Vocarian may request current security, privacy, and data-handling information. Availability can depend on the request and the customer relationship.
